Heads Up: Famous Battles You Should Know About.
Just want to give you a quick heads up about a great series of articles called 'Famous Battles You Should Know About' on Phil Broeders' blog 'The Wargaming Site'. He's covered battles of all periods from Gaugamela to Waterloo, with more still to come. The amount of effort he's put into these articles must have been enormous as they cover all aspects of the battle including the political situation, the lead up to the battle, the terrain, the commanders and so on. These are a great resource for wargamers and I urge you to check them out.

Thanks Ferb! Much appreciated.
ReplyDeleteNo problem. I know how much work is involved in doing posts like this and I wouldn't even try to do what you've done once never mind a whole series!
